Our Story
Shift Wellness Institute was born from a simple belief: small, intentional shifts can create powerful, lasting change. Built on more than a decade of global experience in physical activity research, policy development, and community health promotion, the Institute was founded to bridge the gap between science and everyday wellbeing. Grounded in education, consulting, and research, our programs turn scientific evidence into action, making wellness practical, engaging, and sustainable across schools, workplaces, and communities.
Shift Wellness Institute is more than a service provider; it is a movement dedicated to creating healthier cultures, one shift, one community, one life at a time.
Mission
To empower communities with simple, evidence-based wellness solutions that create healthier habits, supportive environments, and sustainable change, one small shift at a time.
Vision
A world where diverse populations have access to environments that foster physical activity, health promotion, and sustainable behavior change, where wellness becomes a natural part of everyday life.
What Guides Us
We combine science, empathy, and collaboration to design programs that fit each setting – whether a classroom, an office, or a community center.
Our model is guided by SWI core values:
Equity & Inclusion: Every community deserves access to wellness.
Sustainability: Real change lasts when it is built gradually.
